About This Fabric
Every specification in this listing is produced in our own facility in the Shaoxing Keqiao textile cluster, where we control brushing, dyeing, printing and finishing under one roof. That vertical control is what allows us to hold a target gram weight, match a colour repeatably across dye lots, and adjust nap depth when your finished product demands it.
Buyers generally arrive with a reference garment, a previous supplier sample, or an image from a retail listing. We work from whatever you have, convert it into a written specification, and send a physical sample for approval before any bulk commitment is made.

What We Can Customise
Colour, print, gram weight, width, pile depth and finish are all adjustable. Custom printing runs from your own artwork file, and we will tell you honestly whether a pattern will hold detail after brushing rather than promising it will.
How Ordering Works
- Send your specification. Gram weight, colour or artwork, width, finish and approximate quantity. If you only have a sample or a photo, that is enough to start.
- We confirm in writing. You receive a written spec, sampling time and indicative lead time before anything moves.
- Sample for approval. Physical samples are issued for evaluation, normally three to seven days for stock shades and longer for a custom dye bath or print.
- Bulk production. Production typically runs fifteen to thirty days depending on volume and season, with inspection before shipment.
